SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Oregon MothersCare provides prenatal assessments to help women begin the path to prenatal care. Services include pregnancy testing, OHP application assistance, streamlined intake/referral for prenatal care, and dental care referrals. Specialized information and referral also available for WIC, home visitation programs, and other prenatal support services.

SERVICE HOURS:Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8am-11am and 1pm-4pm
